Abby’s Sugar cookie recipe!

It’s here!! My absolute favorite, tried and true sugar cookie recipe! This easy recipe helped me Win the Food network Christmas cookie challenge (Ree Drummond and Eddie Jackson approved!)
Hints of almond and vanilla dance gently throughout the butter and sugar! Cue Pride and Prejudice Darcy and Lizzie dancing scene but replace the people with extracts! Yummy!
The cookies are crisp around the edges, soft in the middle and have a lovely crumb! With minimal spread and simple ingredients these cookies are the perfect addition to any bakers recipe book!
Pro tip- I recommend enjoying the cookies by a fire, wrapped in a blanket, while reading and sipping on chamomile tea!
